No job security, no compensation, no skill development, no new opportunities. They will push you downward no variable pay nothing worst company to work for.

Do not join this company always excuses they will put you at client location & forget you even your account manager will not know what you do & will not support you at all just recruit people & deploy. No worries clients are there to bother about onward employees. They even did not provide reimbursement or help me during my covid 19 leave it was totally me in a situation no help nothing from Onward.

Generally they're outsourcing resources. So it's really difficult to give overall review coz it's absolutely about your client company & about your project. For me, I got Ranault project. In my project lots to learn. But it purely depends on your project. You've the freedom to talk to your reporting Manager about your issues & feedbacks so that you can change your client company if you're not satisfied with it.

Salary growth is not upto the mark since we deployed & working at client location there's no possibility that our Reporting Manager will know about our exact efforts & involvement. They'll provide default rating.

pressure from the company depending on project.if the project is not complete at proper time then definatly get pressure from the company after that it would be normal.workload depending on the department.in this job, actual working is flexible.

company give you fix salary and no increment . no travalling expenses and house allowance if you are in native area whatever if you are too far from you home.anyways if they provide you any expenses it is not satisfied.

... reduce CTC..Mine went from 5.5LPA to 4LPA. Sadly took offer cuz I put paper. 2.now salary is not properly crediting ..I get 80% salary they say silly reason to for that not punched in and out. 3.HR are not going to support.this HRs they only take care of recruiting only.. 4. I worked on project .my product saved 16k$ for client got appreciation from mail. My client manager said you going get monitory benifits for this...but company gave 0 .also no appreciation mail from this people. 5.usually companies release new increment on MAY/JUNE....but in this company it's JULY..and it will start crediting 6.Usually service based company gives training.but this company given 0 training from past 1.5 year... Conclusion a ) if you fresher join b) if you got better opportunity.put paper immediately.( Abscond if less month worked .left to you) c) have multiple offer ?. Ignore this organisation.
