It is a good organization if we talk about Japanese quality management. This organization has a strong history of their contribution towards the benefit of society.

Dislikes

...f growth and development. HR and Finance is pathetic and highly incompetent i.e. they cant even process salary accurately.. last month it was doible salary transfered to employees. Seniors are highly pathetic in behaviour and approach. They only know playing dirty corporate politics. I wish the top management wake up some day and throw this junk of non incompetent people out so that this organization can survive in India.

It's an organisation with great work culture and respect for all. Coworkers and superiors are supportive.

Each organization has its own positive and negative points but I do not find any specific point to be mentioned here as they are not that important as compared to pros.
