Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. No management, no career growth within a company, no fix time for appraisal, no job security-anytime they can fire, no training as I have seen, always salary on delay, no transparency

Nothing. Omnitech having no job security, no career growth, no appraisal, not good work environment also.

Dislikes

Everything. there is no job security. as well they deduct TDS which we don't get. Management is not so good.
