This is by far the worst organization I have ever worked for. The management is virtually non-existent, and salaries are never paid on time. There are no increments, no bonuses for your work or achievements, and no additional benefits whatsoever. To make matters worse, arbitrary deductions are frequently made from employees' salaries without any justification. While the company provides a written policy, it blatantly fails to adhere to any of its stated rules. The HR department is especially disappointing, with only one HR representative who is unresponsive and unwilling to address employee concerns. They impose a bond of one year for experienced professionals and two years for freshers, during which time you will feel trapped. The work culture is completely unprofessional, and they disregard standard IT practices. Even government-mandated holidays are not respected; if you are given a holiday, they will force you to compensate by working on a Saturday, effectively eliminating any true time off. In short, joining this company was the biggest mistake of my career. My advice to anyone considering employment here: stay unemployed rather than joining this organization. Be cautious and think twice before making any decision to work here.
