Work life balance is horrible from morning 8 am to night 1 or 2 pm even on Saturday s sometimes many things to handle and the employees don’t help and they scold and they will insult us if we ask something like you don’t even know this and that how mich exp u have like that … and here as i saw many of the people is gents because ladies can’t do this kind work

Compensation could be better Late promotions Hiring process needs an improvement to maintain the standards. Work life balance could be better- though the management is trying to address this issue and it's much better than before.

Company follows a flat hierarchy. Learning Curve is great(Especially for freshers) Great Client portfolio. Excellent office culture.

Dislikes

Exit opportunity is poor(borderline worst) Salary is less compared to market standards. Have non compliance agreement with Competitive firms so you cannot join Competitive firms. Disconnect between Project leadership and reporting leadership leading to gaps during appraisal.
