Exit opportunity is poor(borderline worst) Salary is less compared to market standards. Have non compliance agreement with Competitive firms so you cannot join Competitive firms. Disconnect between Project leadership and reporting leadership leading to gaps during appraisal.

Working hours bit too high, but the company has steps in direction to manage it. Compensation could be little higher. Else everything is just awesome
