Ninjacart is good organization to work with , If you are innovative , and you have leadership quality you can easily achieve the numbers , daily targets from your team. All ASM in this organization works like hell to develop business, same with there team. Top level support from the company ceo and sales director is immense , they are always there to help you out. I would say central leadership team is mind-blowing , and highly experienced especially the sales director and co-founder of the org.

Balance between life and work is not possible specially for married having child. Any time meeting will be fixed with senior management.
