Job security will be there And Coming to Pay roll is very less they won't give hike even after completion of year. Overall good for freshers who want to start their carrer in corporate.

They follow Timings very strictly..But they will force to work on weekends also but they will pay extra for those days Apart from that Nothing.Coming to leaves you can't utilize because its very hard to get leaves there .

Very good work environment and team leader as well teammates are very supportive and careness with positive attitude huge cafeteria to relax and lot of games to play during free hours.

Carrer growth is slow, there is no proper hike for employees and no bonus lot of politics in higher department.

i worked with nielsen for almost 5.4 yerars. i didnt find any career growth or any opportunity to improve my designation and also was not happy with the salary ( my pocket money is more than my salary). very disappointed.

They do care about their employees and encourage us to take leaves and focus on our health and well being. Strictly monday-friday working days with flexible hours. No overtime work required.

Dislikes

Compensation is low. It’s completely work from home as the Delhi office recently shut permanently. It has its pros and cons but personally, being a fresher I wanted to experience the work culture in office.
