Bonus is good. Appraisals are good.

Dislikes

Worst working culture. Namesake MNC company doesn't have even workshop level standards. Probation period - 1 year (doubt even after 1 year they are blaming on performance. No mental peace. Never select the assembly Production department.

I have to attend client calls in the evening & sometimes late night, But am happy doing that as a customer support engineer. I want customer to get satisfied which indirectly increases our company sales, support to clients.
