There is not much to like. It's an ok and stable company where you will get every paycheck on time.

Dislikes

It’s a decent place to work but quickly turns into a toxic mess with a lot of hand-holding and micro-management where we feel that our opinions don’t even matter. Is always in the lines of my way or highway.

Nothing. Headless chickens can run this company better.

Dislikes

Terrible Management. They are clueless, uninformed and unwilling to see their shortcomings, but pretend as if we all are working in Google/Meta HQs core teams Horrible Work Hours. Sitting at the same desk for 8-9 hours for 6 days without any break isn't a sustainable option for any employee, no matter how skilled they are. The salaries are too low; don't merit this kind of sacrifice on health. Entitled, overly suspicious, and ignorant management is unwilling to learn from mistakes but quick to blame others when things go wrong. They are clueless about the subjects and topics that they are writing about.
