Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Self centered boss Mr. Mohit, only knows how to give lectures without knowledge or without taking efforts to know the truth, big follower of favoritism, he made someone our team leader even though she had least experience in the field only because he liked her. Even if you join this company keep things clear like your job profile, timings, way of work, be open with your thoughts or else he will not spare any chance to pounce on you. He tortured us so much, and made working so difficult that our whole team decided to quit on the same day. Believes in army rules - No cell phone, office timings, work, leaves, will not give up on any chance to cut your salary No increment, no appreciation, no growth, no job security! He sets sales target for social media team.. Imagine! Extremely greedy
