Stupid company they promise everything in the beginning by providing low salary. You work like horse. Becz MD narayana and his one more person is there will take care of you like anything when u work for low salary that is 15 k, they won't pay you monthly, keep pending salary 4 month and 6 months, once after one year u ask hike. Md will not receive your call, they didn't pay me 4 month salary... bloody cheaters..becz of such people only many civil engineers lost hope on construction...take my name its Karthik arabhavi site engineer. Full of scammers these people it's been 3 years I worked there. Worst experience waste of my one year..never even think about working with them.

All the things, we have our need they are crorepati, they don't care about any engineers there engineers will join and leave becz the new joiner's has become use and throw for them..I can never forget this company

Good work environment and culture.company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
