No risk in job security, if u work good. Big space for learning. Management is average, work culture is nice. No big benifits for employees.

No benefit for employees. Growth in career and salary is very slow. So much politics inside company.

Necco tools is a manufacturing tool company.Company is good in all the aspects but the salary is less.And in that company we can learn from child parts to assembling the materials and upto the finished parts.For me teammate are the perfect one.All will work with a rapid move with less tension and its a positive mood for the surrounding ones because the company environment will be dusky because of the manufacturing so we must make us cool and fresh mind to work

Dislikes

After finishing our target in production they will push to make a new target also which will lead to damages and rejection because of the concentration loss.so the timing allocated for us is good and the increment per year is not good and making the increment delay.
