1) A pathetic and worst company to work with ever. Never ever work here if you have good MNC experience. It is a firm not a company. 2) 0 % job security and third class work culture. People calling sir, sir, ji, ji to please each other. 3) No hr policy. Infact hr is just for namesake. Whatever your manager decides that is final. 4) No strategy. Hired people more than necessary and later on fired them in the name of performance issue. Taking opportunity of worldwide layoff trend. 5) They are expecting to be in top 5 administrators in couple of years. Fact is they will not even be in top 50. 6) It is a baniya mindset firm and will calculate each penny towards your work. 7) At last when they relieve you, they mention in your letter that you cannot join any competitor. These kind of terrible policies they have. 8) No professional language. Managers, VP, never speak english and wear slippers to the office. People having tobacco on the floor.

Everything. No transparency. No ethics. No respect. No proper planning. No etiquettes. No proper increment. All hidden policies. No job security. Horrible work culture. Horrible environment. No holidays on EID and Dussehera. No proper management. No Leave Encashment, Income Tax rules violated. Not an employee friendly organization.
