...on a fixed-term contract with no intention of making me a permanent employee. 2.No Salary Increment: As an FTC employee, there were no salary increments, which is extremely discouraging and doesn't reflect the hard work and dedication put into the job. 3.Unstable Work Assignments: After the probation period, they assigned me to different teams for various projects. Despite contributing significantly to these projects, they still refused to make my position permanent. Once the project was completed, they simply terminated my contract. 4.External Hiring Over Internal Promotion: Instead of offering permanent positions to current FTC employees, the company continuously hires new people from outside. This practice shows a complete disregard for the loyalty and potential of their current employees.

The one aspect I find less satisfactory is the salary structure. While Natwest excels in many areas, the compensation package could be more competitive to better reflect the skills and dedication of its employees. Best place to work as a fresher to 3 years experience ,very good work life balance,30 paid leaves 12 sick leaves ,and other leaves provided. In my 6 years I have never seen company fires anyone, so job security is very good Enjoy work with other activities. Managers are helpful and company work culture is friendly.

1.Pay varies department to department though post is same ,which is not good 2.Hike and bonus is very limited ,Hr policy only favours manager, 90 days notice period which is very strict 3.slow growth 4.everytime only work ,no skill development and personality development 5.promotion is slow ,as talent is not recognized, hiring managers only promoting people having more work experience along with known person 6.company see their senior staff as burden and hires freshers to give less salary and give very less salary as you gets experience.

The company is best for the work life balance. There is no pressure on the employees. Company ethics are so good. Nice management and leave policies are best.

Very good working environment. The employees are very supportive and friendly no matter which position they belong to.

Dislikes

...y will extend the contract which will be for another 6 months. The same repeats. During the contract period there wont be any hike in salary. Also, they make you work extensively. Though the working hours is 9hrs ,they will make you work until the work is done(which gets extended for another 3/4hrs).
