We can sit freely and interact with colleagues in most of the part of the day.

Dislikes

Politics among colleagues, even Joint Directors, no increase in salary and no promotion for contractual employees even after years, not the workplace to utilize our full potential. We are posted as per their requirement instead of our qualifications and experience.

NIPCCD is a government organisation, working under Ministry of women and child development.Theenvironment of the workplace was very good.All the senior staff always supportive and other project assistants also helped with each other.In this institute I have learn alot like how to write bibliography,how to collect samples for your research work etc.

The project work are done in limited time period because the candidates are selected for only 3 months on ad-hoc basis.
