No job security, employees change as per head mind. If they comfortable with staff then u are safe otherwise you are fired without any reason. This is happening specially in Nagpur Branch. No appreciation. No Support

Good curriculum , lesson plan, good atmosphere for study, Sports and Music now a days wonderful.

Neglecting Bengali subject. Being a senior teacher getting very less salary where's new comers getting high salary. In Salary system very much discrimination, some getting very high and some getting very low. It should be equal. Very frequently changing Principles.

More salary more work pressure and... Some areas lecturers have to for admissions and. All Over all good. Environment and study... For better future for students.. Faculty little under pressure

For the last 3 months we are getting 40% of our salary. Some of the teachers have been removed. I'm taking classes for students of 3 different branches. Salary comes one month after the due date

...y care about profit. Teachers are asked to do marketing and bring new admission. Salary is like peanut and there is always and North and South discrimination. South Indians are preferred.

There is nothing secure here either work culture , job security, salary on time , no promotion. one thing is perfect here that is caller buttering and polishing of higher authority to secure their job only and nothing else. Horrible and toxic work culutre. I felt burn out here. In future i suggest do not join narayana.
