Please ignore whatever job description you have read about this role on any platform Being a employee for this role, all that matters is whether you can bring in money or no, by hook or by crook They hardly care if you can serve the customer or don't but till you are bringing revenue, they don't care (You have to make non paying societies to pay and ensuring all the other paying societies continue to pay in the future) The nature of work is extremely unorganized and you will be expected to be available on call 24by7 even on holidays in the name of startup (ironically its been 8+ years now and the definitionof startup is 7 years only) I don't know about other zones but in Mumbai zone they don't even train the new joiners well and expect them to miraculously learn it from somewhere...they moreover will scold you if you don't know things without even realizing it's their fault that a new joinee doesn't know his job well.. They will expect you to be behind them to understand/learn/get work which is lame in my opinion Managers are highly unapproachable as they for name sake keep saying that they are always there to help but when you actually ask help, they will turn blind and deaf. Don't even dare complain to the HR as she will just take a screenshot of the complaint raised and send it to the manager who will then take it forward (imagine how awkward that scenario is as it happened with me)

This will be like an essay For sales people just dont join this company if you are an outsider coz there is 0% job security they can throw you anytime Yes specially delhi areas hire rich brat localite kid so that the upper level mamagers can travel in there personal vehicle enjoy swiggy zomato food of there money & even these rich brats loose job ghanta farak padega system ko Just a small question to the management you provide security to the apartments but what about middle class employee security just coz they cant wave their tail in front of you ? Even the leads wont be given to you timely 1st preference will be given to those employee jo chaatna achee se jante ho But yes if you are one man army has personal reference in clients you can join here Kuch ho na ho But you will become heartless strong person

No job security, no work life balance, no clear picture of work, no clear picture of vision and what the company wants to do and achieve, they don't have money to pay salary so they will fire whoever they think are getting bit higher and hire a fresher on less salary. They fire 4-5 resources every month and hire few resources at comparatively lesser salary. And once they see that the resource is not being utilised for 9 to 10 hours daily then they will fire that resource by telling that their performance is not up to the mark or some other vague reasons. If a person does not want to ruin his/her career, refrain from joining this company.

...lead for pune with zero knowledge of media background. Do not join this company. They fire the new employees to increase the salary of existing one. And in one month they call and ask th employees to rejoin. What is this culture seriously i Dont know🤣

Work culture is very good in the company. The seniors put s very logical and reasonable expectations to the team, no over work overload is there, working freedom is there. Company just expects the result, on that too it is not very harsh. Very easy to go management.

The only thing i dont like about the company is the salary growth which it offers, no appraisal review is done from last 2 year. Employee is never asked his salary growth expectation. The company just decides an amount and employee has to agree or disagree on that.
