There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which cannot reside on the job training is not given to new joinees

... staffs from karnataka are resigning Then how we feel its there job security And company don't pay good salary and ask and tourcher for the TPP activation 4.No leaves are arrange when staff is in need of Please company should look into this n take a action other wise this may effect company .
