There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

Good work culture in the company. but when we talk about management, they are not transparent they hide so many things from us. All other lower level staffs are helpful. They all like a family. I always enjoy their company.

...y. I start my job at 10am in the morning and finish my job at 10.30 pm in night. When we talk about salary so company did not pay salary on time and not paying according to work and timing. They always talk about extra benefits but they did not pay even in a single day to me. So that's the reason i want to change my job.

The work culture in the retail store is good. I have learn so many things from there. All the lower level staffs was good. They are helpful and kind nature. I like to enjoy their company.
