...e and unprofessional My experience with MSBC Group was less than satisfactory. After successfully navigating three rounds of interviews, we reached a salary agreement of 11 LPA during negotiations. However, the company failed to uphold their end of the bargain, later offering only 9 LPA without timely communication. The lack of transparency and unprofessional handling of negotiations left me frustrated and questioning the integrity of the company. Additionally the imposed work policies, including 10-hour shifts, restrictions on mobile phones and the absence of National holidays, raise concerns about work-life balance. In summary, my experience was marked by disappointment, and I would caution others to carefully consider these aspects before engaging with this company.

MSBC Group has been part of my life for more than 15 years now. I started my career at MSBC as a Project Manager, I have been working on multiple projects in several Industries. I have found MSBC a great place to work, learn, explore and enhance my skills. I was given this opportunity to interact with clients from the start of my time at MSBC. As of today, I am managing key projects and constantly consulting clients in various countries with support from the Directors. I have been traveling to different countries for MSBC and this has helped me gain immense exposure. I have seen MSBC grow exponentially and develop itself into a fully open organization. Company has this cool program called Rise&Shine that makes work celebrations and special days really fun. Despite my busy schedule I get time to spend with my family during weekends and my day offs. In short, MSBC is a great place for professionals who believe in hard work and want to make the most of opportunities.

No work life balance No job security. They will send at any time, once you joined. They don't have any projects in hand, but simply recruiting and sending people out. Don't join here and waste your carrier

Fixed hours 0 flexiblity, if you get 1 min late, extra break, or left then you get mail and then you need to submit reasons and get approval on that if you go for drinking water or washroom that time is also count in break and deducted from your 1 hour of break You have work or not doesn't matter you just nedf to seat for 8 hours they are paying you just for seating 8 hours Also there is a 22/23 day month and no public holiday if you get 1 day leave then your 1 day salery is cut as per 22 day month calculation. Cameras are everywhere and monitring you all time Then there is a atleast 2 years bond and 3 months notice period.

nothing major but there is no recreation time. Its like work work and work. Everyone is so serious and busy with work that people rarely talk to each other.
