My over all experience in service is good . I have learned very much during my service period. The work culture in federation must be like a team culture, we can serve easily and happily and the coming generation will learn from us.

No , not at all. But it need some improvement in the behaviour and mutual cooperation also.because it is very big platform of milk n milk products. And public need good n homogeneous culture. Over all my experience is good .
