Mid level good start up company. Good learning scope.

Mid level management are worst. No Goal. It's a joke within 6 months people gets promoted but No hike, in less than 15 years of experience you can become director and you will find the same. Admin people are not responsive, lazy and not ready take any ownership. Away for 2-3 hrs and will not reply to your message. For anything you have to do follow up. In Project, No proper resources management, No KT, No documentation. Nothing is organized. Some Resources are working for multiple projects, tasks based assignment from different Projects, so some are overloaded, some are sitting idle, poor work quality and culture. If you are not billable then there is not job gurantee. Within one day you could be fired. My rm was less experience than me because of he was starting from his career associated this company, he is Senior Manager now having only 7-8 experiences, what a joke, it's okay but he does not even know how thing works, poor communication, only asks why, what and when? Like he is the super boss, will call me on weekend to get work status. There is no chance to talk directly to clients as these worst mid management wants to maintain their dependency and redirect the work to you and acts like a bridge between you and clients else does nothing Most of employees are hired by reference or some relatives of each other's. So It's like a family business for them and get all privilege for no work.

Salary is too low and appraisals are below par even with 4 star ratings. No projects since the telnet project got shelved. On Bench after 7+ year experience in the company. And one fine day HR calls and offers to leave the company as there are no projects.
