Not Good place to work here wasted 4 year without any promotion, because management here is superselfis. only management take pramotion and move on don't care about staff. Last 4 year in mumbai non of the store staff got promoted out of 11 stores.

The cluter of this retail is not good as here also have nepotism person only grow in this company who's somebody is working in this company.if we talk about the management so upper level management is very poor thos who have skills they can better job in another company but not in this ...so my over all experience is not good there is no SOP , no benifits , no accidental policy for the satff .. nothing very poor
