... for freshers whom I would recommend to stay for a year or a year and a half. 2. There is learning and decent salary but at a compromise.

Dislikes

1. Company Culture - there is no respect for employees. Only a handful of leaders would care about employees' well-being. 2. Work - Life Balance - it simply does not exist in some projects. Quite often employees have to work beyond work hours. 3. There is no pyschometric test which brings people who are self absorbed with no affinity for team play.
