Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Nothing at all, everyone who works here is just financially unstable, that's the only reason they stay and work in this org. In this org an employees work life balance becomes zero, they will ask to work 10+ hours a day, the owners and the Coo parul pandey is a psycho she expects work of 2 to 3 people from a single person, of we are unable to do that she will go mad on you and there's alot. This company is a big no and also they are frauds they will take your money.

Dislikes

Dislikee? There nothing in this org to like, Ypu will he working in the org 7 to 9 month's and suddenly they will ask to to sing some bind papers immediately, if we deny or ask them some time they will fire you 🌚 , happened with 4 of my colleagues.
