Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Slogan of the company was "shelter for human". The main aim of the company to build budget houses for middle class people. They bought a own home within 6 months through the Emi. Good colleagues and living atmosphere at working place.lots of learning things to here.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but growth is average.we are have to take full in charge though the site at sometime. we didn't have particular time to work. Communication is the most important here between clients and the company.client satisfaction is the difficult role to complete
