The management is very good and our manger Navneel sir is very calm nature and he is also a good listener he understands agents issues. Hr Akash sir is also very helpful person. Work environment is very good again want to join the company.

There is nothing to like about they don't provide AC on Sundays and if you get sick by that the TL will mail against you and you will have to leave the work .

Dislikes

Management is very poor only beautiful girls should go to work there .

Well, this is like any other chat and mail support services but the main thing is the pressure here is less from any other organisations. Also the leads and managers are super supportive.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
