- Employee benefits - YoY hike & Variable pay - Good for beginners for their learnings and automotive exposure - Highly encouraged for doing innovative stuffs - Person who want to stabilise financially, MSIL is a good option (decide based on the dislikes section)

- Worst Work culture - Company culture won't fit for experienced persons - Top level management is highly conservative and show Arrogance attitude - Weakened HR department - High level of Micro Management - Top management people won't consider you as an employee rather a slave - Hierarchical mindset - Leader/boss delegate the pressure (from their seniors) to all levels - Played good & bad cop game during notice period - Located in the highly air and water polluted region (not preferable for who have lungs related disease, more prone to PM2.5 further may reduce their lifespan) The above points were experienced personally for the tenure of 5 years. I hope this review may save atleast one person from toxic environment.

Wages and incentives used to be good but not now. So called job security, Yes, but what is the point of a job security if you are not employable somewhere else and grow on a very stagnant basis having managers with very stringent attitude.
