At beginning my superiors were most protective & I never felt that I am newcomer, they teach us as we were in college it was my first Deputy Engineer was ex professor of Walchand College of Engineering, & because of him binding with colleagues was excellent ,I got experience in all types of projects, 100 MLD,Project for TMC, working in Kalyan Municipal corporation,as well as in Badlapur municipal council, Badlapur MJP maintanence, & maintanence for TAPE,& BARC nearly for 7 year was nice experience & MJP gave me lot a aporchinuties in training program all over India in various subjects I am quite happy with my MJP tenure

Dislikes

It observed whenever you are working hard sometimes your colleagues takes credit of it if you're not outspoken

At different post ie Deputy Engineer to Superintending Engineer I worked all over Maharashtra.Also worked in Water supply and sanitation department Government of Maharashtra as an Officer on special duty
