The MD regularly introduces new rules that create toxic environment and increase employee frustration, focusing mostly on how to deduct salaries or delay payments intentionally. No one receives experience or relieving letters upon leaving the company. there is lack of professionalism, With employee being spoken in a rude and harsh manner, showing no respect to the employees. Employees are not provided with Offering, appointment letters, salary structures, or payslips. Although the company has potentials. the management extremely poor skilled employees are undervalued, The MD is an arrogant person, no fear of God whose words are treated as low, creating arbitrary rules. this is my honest review, which can help inform your decision before joining. I would advice candidates to explorer other opportunities rather than wasting their time here.
