Not able to get salary statement and appraisal letter requested many times but not able get it. Delay in salary payment. Every time we need to request to getting salary

Good employees, 25% of them work like robot , salary is not upto the mark ,but safe place to work , lots of opportunities available but no growth.

The general management is the worst part in the company , the right management has to be bought inn with the right person , for silly reason employees get hurted , their is no professionalism , for the GM personal intention employees are been removed from job , no proper HR policy .

Salary not on Time and also not credited from 8 months/one year or more of older employees, Not HRMS System, no perks and benefits given as promised before joining. TA not credited PF Not crediting only company name is added no final date when pf will get credit
