Linde is a good company but leadership team in India has lots of politics . Diversity and equality is only on paper

Dislikes

...calls post work hours for people who work hard or are committed , others enjoy . Salary hike is very meagre . HR is hopeless . They have no clue on how hard we work

...liability is a major strength & spends a lot on mammoth distribution/logistics. Salary get paid every month on a specific date (mostly around 28th).

Dislikes

Employees are overloaded & have to execute decision making instead of their managers; as company is hugely understaffed. Promotions & Increments are very low. Huge disagreements between cross functional teams as every team have their own KPI, its Sales & BD who faces burnout in converging the members towards meeting customer demands. Internal politics and favoritism is very frequent & cutting the ice is difficult. Although LSAS is a new company, but Li culture & Pi culture have not mixed properly, there are internal teams inside the company who talks bad about each other. If you have no ambition & want to live a stable life, Linde is one of the best companies to work for.

Here policy is only for exploiting employees. They didn't have enough workforce to handle day to day task smoothly.

Dislikes

...you for full time employee. They are have another scheme for i.e external (LTC). They pay you less pressurized more and even they are abusive at some instances.

Nothing to like actually if i could say.

Dislikes

Misogyny , credit theft, uncultured person (particularly one) on the 3rd floor. No appraisal because manager will take the credit from associates, salary not good, transportation not good, food from canteen is just awful. They pressure you to work on weekends without paying. Will fight you over reimbursement phone and network bills.

Its good organization to work where you can get international professional exposure and lots of learning opportunities.

Dislikes

There is no growth opportunities for contractual employees.Also not getting any benefit to contractual employee.
