I'm writing to share my honest and disappointing experience at LELAFE IT SOLUTIONS. It's disheartening to recount my time with the company, but I believe it's essential to shed light on these issues. Toxic Workplace: The working environment at LELAFE was plagued by a toxic environment. People are abusing their authority, they are taking advantage of their roles for personal gratification. Inadequate employee support: No flexibility for their employees. Personal and professional growth should be valued within any organisation but unfortunately, there is no such support and appreciation. Inadequate employee development: No training programs. Employees have to take certification courses on their own. I joined LELAFE as an Intern, I had anticipated receiving guidance from an experienced professional. Unfortunately, the reality was the opposite. The assigned trainer rarely made time for meaningful conversation and guidance. This lack of mentorship severely impacts my time, experience and professional growth. I hope that sharing these experiences will encourage LELAFE to reflect on its working culture and take steps towards fostering a positive and inclusive environment for their employees
