Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high with 14-18 hours long working hours and also sometime working on Sunday & holiday. Politics remains in organisation. Appreciation is there but they mostly go unnoticed during mid-year appraisals. Managers do not value an individual's strengths.

Company has many projects in bag so, there is job security and you will be loaded with work all the time so you can keep your skills intact.

Dislikes

Salary range is on lower side than current market conditions. You will end up paying more taxes as fuel reimbursement policy is not that good.

Leave rules, low salary, less in hand salary, less increment, less basic salary, poor work life balance, no overtime pay, no shift allowance, location is very dangerous for two wheeler commuters as it located on national highway-8, No 5 days week, only second and forth Saturday off,

Likes

It varies upon department to department but the work culture is very good. The facilities at office including medical, recreation and cafeteria is good. People are also good and supportive. Job security is there and you can work there for as long as you want.

Dislikes

Less salary as per the city ( Mumbai) and less increment as well, less opportunity for growth.

There is work life balance for some people, depending on the department/ team. Considering saturdays are working, mostly people won't disturb or expect work after working hours or during holidays.

Dislikes

Extremely poor HR policies from the 90s. Compensation is heavily skewed towards higher management. Fake feminism is rampant.
