1. Average in terms of perks and benefits. 2. Forget about work-life balance, depends entirely on the project, in consulting it is usually hard to maintain work life balance. 3. Lots of politics but it will keep you sharp! 4. Unrealistic expectations and never-ending work.

There is a long list... The Management in KPMG San Francisco office is pathetic, which leads to stressful work. Bad work culture. NO JOB security, you can be fired anytime.

Very poor work life balance , every day have to work for 12 hours , very less salary , don’t give salary for over time work, no sick leaves allowed , every Saturday working
