Currently m taking care of CV loan as a Deputy Manager. in this sector I personaly feel that about work-life balnce is really excelent and taking about work cultre it is also great there is open communication culture u should directly talk to ur senior boss. kmbl helps me for grooming myself. there i m learning various thing like pressure handling, customer handling, management skills and so on

Managers who are not following the company policy. Too much process in account opening and POS. Customer funds are getting hold in the individual current accounts for like 12 months or 13 months. Ridiculous. Worst service provider to the customers. The bank is giving priority to sales only. Not for service.

Threatening every day Too much work pressure Conveyance not easy,in the hands of boss Every single hour you have to justify your salary No proper support from senior management in the form of needs for fulfilling duties Small company and daily even after joining 3 months you will start getting threatening from supervisor.
