So have joined this company before a year only and the main thing which i really would like to share is the transparency by the higher management. They have open door policy and really hears the each of the team members takes the feedbacks and than works for the improvements. Yes company is not that much old so might be failed to deliver few extra benefits to team on time but i must admit that company never failed to give the salaries to any of the team members even after team members leaving job on immediate bases. Free unlimited Snacks, 2 WFH every week, Comp. of if worked on Holidays, Yearly leave encashment, Insurance to team members and family members., Sports activity every month. time by time team outings like one day trip, 2 days trip a year. I really would like to share that company is offering best in class facilities to team members to work and grow opportunities. i personally have seen team members growing from entry level person to Team Lead designation in short time of a year or two.. and also getting a handsome amount of appraisals with incentives. Best place to give your career a good start also learn new things and grow.
