Managerial Politics , worst managers in the world , No Hike, No incentives, working hours are horrible. They will call at midnight. Mainly there is lot politics in managers. Nill support from managers . No career growth, waste of time ..

Learning, you get opportunity to learn everything. You have enough scope to learn and get into any function you would like to work. Lots of work and issues with which you get good experience, investigation skills, analysing skills and managing skills. Scope for BA role too. Easy access to approach the IT support for system bugs, enhancements etc. Good for a starter.

No work life balance, pathetic pay. You can't really live with it. Domestic culture, monarchism, pathetic in time out time rules. difference in employee treatment according to the levels, no respect, no proper mechanism of evaluating employees, not a good appraisal process, there is a process introduced but it's just for the sake of having it. No transport but strict in and out time and if not reached on time, there will be a deduction of CLs
