Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

The only good thing I found in company is flexibility with time in morning and easy leave allowance

... can't increase it now you have to wait till everybody's interment time comes. One of the major reason you should not join here is salary payment timing they pay salary when the present working site bill passes and they get money is case bill gets stop fit any reason you're salary will be hold too and even if everything is fine bol passed in this case also you will get salary after the date 20 of a month no matters of there's any festival or any other occasion you will not get single penny of you try to ask you're project manager about this they will stop receiving calls and messeges There are more other this to say but I don't want say.
