Overall working with Kapil Technologies made me gain knowledge and most of that I like the company culture. It is a place that continually demands excellence while allowing an enthusiastic and positive work environment.

I would like to say that , Kapil Technologies has a very friendly environment, it has a good learning curve. Apart from work , we have FKT, Friday Fun Activity which makes employees enthusiastic , knowledge sharing.

As I joined as intern in Kapil Technologies, I am learning many things. Here, the environment looks ethical, and the people are friendly and guiding me a lot to improve my learning curve.

KCS Technologies is part of Kapil Group and has a tall building that is only good and likes

KCS Technologies has no vision and mission because Kapil Group only wants an IT Company in their group it all started with one CEO and 5 Vice Presidents of Sales and hired many salespeople to get business, but limited technology people. All they did was hire and fire, almost they hired 150 people and now there are only 15 people and they never do F & F (full and final settlement) for the employees who are leaving, I heard the Chairman is good and never leaves good employees but in this case he didn't care about the employees

I really learn many things from there about the intrest of cyber security. I learned how to protect our device from spam commuters.

Dislikes

But they are strict about time and only allows to students of age group till 18 years
