... one of our colleague birthday too I understood the company culture after that Honestly i had known that this company didn't give salary i heard about it so i was behind my trainer tirelessly give my salary give my salary after a month They gave me salary after 1 and half month which was 14000 rs in cash. I took various sweets for my family and dress for my nephew it was his first gift from my salary. I saved three thousand rupees from that salary which i later on used for the shopping of my marriage still i have hundred rupees kept with me. I am telling about my salary specially because nowadays time is equivalent to cash in hand. So i earned my cash in hand. Thank you 😊

good for beginner you can gain knowledge from different department. if a person is wishing to make career in SAP then this is right place

salary will get after 3 month. even after serving notice period you will not get back your FNF. 12 hours of work and travelling 2 hours no social life. company is going on loss. no one is providing Raw material and tool to company because of delay & outstanding payment of vendors & supplier.

Learning opportunities are good. As a New grown Forging Company you have much things to learn in every department(QA, D&D, Heat treatment, Plating, etc)

As a professional employee you would always expect to get paid every month but that is something not present in Kalisma. Work life balance is pretty bad due to its remote location.

Only South Indians rule there. Foul practices prevalent in purchase dept. Discriminatory behaviour towards North Indians

Management don't have much knowledge. Downline is coaching upline. Those of much experience are not heard. Experiments are done by top management and when fail blame bottom line employees
