Compensation is the best. Though monetory compensation is average, the firm does spend on annual trips, short trips and grand lunches and dinners, cultural activities and celebrations for the articles.

Partners are really patient and always willing to teach and explain work. They understand we are learning and closely supervises our work. They hold discussions and involve all team members in reviews. They encourage work life balance and is invested in our education. They hold seminars and classes, encourage activities outside of work and is generally very supportive. They also offer a varied range of services and Articles get good exposure in all fields such as Accounting, Auditing, Taxation (both direct and Indirect) and MCA compliances.

Dislikes

There is blatant sexism, favoritism and internal politics.
