Concall started from 7:30am and last call was 10-11pm
HR's are only puppets
Yu are working for last 2 years and you found the new joinee with less experience have more salary then you.
If you feel seek and inform your manager they suggest you medicine and give 30 min time to recovery 🥲
At the end you feel your mom give birth you only working for jio
...mmates and senior manager are very supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.......A best place to work and to showcase your skill and talent...

1.Daily sales Target.
2.Daily 5-6 Video conferencing calls 🤙 meetings
3.You could hardly get the actual expenses.... because of their jio beat planner software..... every place is outside radius...and for outside radius you don't get expenses.
4. On Sunday you have to do minimum 70-80 calls to the customers ....and force them to do recharge....if not done by them .... You will get scoldings ....or you have to do recharge by your money...
5. Daily you have to do same task ...no change...
6. Daily you have to do MNP (MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY)
7. Huge Huge Huge Pressure for MNP and Activation.
8 . If you like to witness hell .... Start working as Jio Point Manager..... Manager here is treated as a executive....

Great to be work in Reliance JIO. Family Benifits, insurance,ontime salary, flexible timings. Reliance have great standards in every aspects in work and culture.
Honourly work place is very toxic every day had a meeting from morning to evenings.. On an average In a day 2 to 3 times a call and discuss on sale Productivity
... working strategy /system.... Many more agendas have to complete with is a day . Here HR are nothing but only good for salary and other payout. No HR can't control working atmosphere against mangers decision , HR just like a puppet. Upper level management team given Huge pressure on daily basis targets to managers, and so ground level employees are screwed brutally to achieve targets and more agendas by day. Late-night cadence call also Destroy personal life. Employees are forgot there personal life , family. That's kind of Work culture is good for depression.
To make a good habitat for working culture HR Have to strict for upper level management team, managers and for all employees .
Late-night cadence strictly prohibited.
And last but not for the list "to all upper level management team, HR, middle line mangers " ground level employees are human not a robot. If "u all" need that's kind of satisfaction it targets as "u all" expected then hire hire robots not human.
