I face mental trauma everyday, Management and managers torture employees everyday, I feel like I would have been happy if I was slave of English's peoples. They will not give you NOC for any other job offers. Your knowledge sinks day by day.

It is an emerging organization so lots of new things to learn and implement.

If you are in production then you have to work in shift which is the worst part. Your body will not get time to adjust. Promotion is very very slow.
