As a fresher Mechanical engineer, the company is good.You will get experience in overall function of the organisation. JC valves is a MNC company started 5 years ago in India.It growing gradually in Finance & production.As of now with minimum team members they are taking good turn over. Job security is as common as a private organisation. Work culture will not looks like an MNC company.As it is growing company the company will working as a small organisation. Company policies needs to improve. Work life balance will not be proper. We have to mange accordingly.

Training will not providing in the organisation. Job security as i described earlier it is as common as private organisations. Work environment is not bad.It needs to be improved.

Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
