Sab accha hai mene jana bank me as a oac kaam kiya lekin meri ek galti se mujhe nikal diya gya mene ek chance manga apni galti accept ki but fir bhi mujhe ask to go kar diya ek chance me deserve krti thi but nhi diya to mujhe is bat se bahut taklif hui h jana bank me kuch senior ka group bna hua h jo agar kisi ko nikalna chate h wo khi kisi situation me fasa kar nikal dete hai. I request to you please give me one chance I will prove my self. I like to work again jana bank please.

Job security is good, work culture is bad. Salary hike is poor mainly I am releaving reason low salary.

Slow grouth because of this note ban and demonstration one more think compare to ujjivan bank our Jana bank little bit slow because ujjivan bank was doing all's MFI branches is converted bank branches but janalakshmi was creating new bank branch I don't know why and compare to janalakshmi ujjivan bank executive salary was high One more thing every year you people taking the review but no more improvement in our salary and career also ☹️

Management system is third class and also no secure job in this company and company also hire third class people in management and floor support and complain resolution 0%.

...tion manager. Every day the same work there isn't any single thing for learning. No job security, they just removed their employees from other branches in the name of cost cutting (although they were performing good). If talking about increment if you get 10% atleast it will be the highest amount of percentage. strongly not recommended if you have the project Janalakshmi.
