Likes

The employees are good and friendly. Payment is received on time every month. Bonuses are given during Diwali. The office is located close to the nearest train station. There are good chances of developing contacts with vendors, architects and designers.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The management is not very supportive. They do not like to see the employees getting along with each other. No sick or paid leaves are given. The entire office building is rat infested. The management staff are not very experienced or knowledgeable in their own field of work and it makes it difficult to gain any sort of knowledge from these seniors. No facilities like tea/coffee or evening snacks is provided by the company. Travel allowances is not covered by the company. Even site visit expenses are not reimbursed. The area where the office building is located does not seem safe for women.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
