Regular over time without pay. Work allotment just 5-10min before your leaving time. Very bad appraisal system. Bad HR policies. Worst mediclaim. Its more than any live training centre to freshers and most of freshers drop out within 3months

They won't disturb you after your shift gets over. Other than that, there's nothing likable in this company.

Dislikes

•Zero growth opportunities •They will force you to generate leads from the very first day you join the company (as a fresher) and won't help you or teach you anything. •They will deduct salary for 6 days every month if you don't meet their targets. •You yourself have to make sales pitch, find data, do cold calling, and generate leads. No help from your superiors. •They will keep extending your probation period. From 3 months to 6 to 9 and so on. •Some of the managers are supportive and helpful, while other managers are extremely rude and will shout at you for your poor performance. •Isource opportunities will ask you to submit your original document (10th/12 class certificate or college degree) during the joining process. No other company asks you to submit your original document. •The company will deduct Rs 7,740 as a security deposit amount from the salary of your first two months.

I worked there long time back i was not given any promotions tortured mentaly and not treated badly by my seniors

People were bad as team leaders and never boosted employee morale rather leg pulling and back biting was the core to survive in isource
