... Management was given more opportunity, my career growth and job security to me. Salary is not too much good because Some partiality also there. They given too much opportunities to leaning and my growth also. I can easily manage my work because of my teammates. My teammate were supported me well to do my work best. I thanks to them. Work environment is too good. Management has more trust on me and my work. Because of my work efficiency.

Salary should not based on employee performance. Some partiality is there. Management given more opportunity and support but they didn't given right salary for that and also benefits.

When we work with stakeholders the approach is so good. And it is not like corporate atmosphere

I don't feel like any dislike or discomfort because each one have a different approaches. For me it is obsoletely fine
