The HR policy and leave benefits are very good. One of the best in the social development sector.

Dislikes

The Performance review process is very critical. The review you even on the smallest issues. Targets are reviewed very harshly. Often people are put on PIP. You shall always have the fear to lose your job , on having small errors. During appraisal, they even evaluate you on the wrong mail attachment. Hence you shall always be on your toes and kind of a fear of losing your job always lurks around. The appraisal amount is also very minimum, which is 5%.

Stressful working environment, in Ipas work please good for those who haven't skill even they all pretend that they are hard workers. Environment will change when CEO will give resignation.becoz he is only one who played game and make bad strategy.

Lots of things like people pretend specifically old staff they are nice in work but they are not.

a non profit organisation working for welfare and saving the lives for woman. People in this organisation are very supportive and helpful. Ipas HR policies are great. It is a great place to work.

Being a NGO it has to rely on funds, so less job security .

Growth is slow.After constant support and working restless every day there is neither appreciation and no recognition. Individuals strengths are not valued.in simple words it's like student-principal work.

Organization is open to share innovation and adopts new learnings, enjoyed alot to work with IDF. just

Sometimes need to assess the situation and don't be judgemental. dont make a organization "person centric"
